meticulously constructed using a cold molded solid fiberglass
bottom with divinicell cored hull sides finished to the highest
degree of marine vacuum bag engineering by a family of experienced
technicians that is the head office corporate staff and work
force of DEEP IMPACT, DP Marine Inc.
The
double-stepped hull allows for quick acceleration and maximum
speed, extra lift and minimal hull drag. The 22 ˝ degree transom
deadrise cuts through the water like a knife, when the boat
takes to the air after coming off a wave at high speed, it
lands without the rattles and vibrations that you would expect.
DEEP IMPACT begins with perfect molds which provide an extraordinarily
perfect gelcoat finish on an advanced double ventilated, relieved
high speed bottom with a Carolina Flared bow for excellent
sea performance. This innovative hull design is cored with
Mantex and Divinicell and has Kevlar and bi-axial glass throughout
the entire hull making a DEEP IMPACT indisputable the finest
construction available.
In
keeping with the overall elegance and style, the perfectly
flawless finish is accomplished with no visible fasteners
so you never see a screw or bolt head on the surface, everything
is secured from underneath which makes the boat look incredibly
clean. The hatches are finished beautifully and if you open
one up you will see that the underside is finished just as
beautifully, all to provide greater strength, a better look
and superior insulation. The faultless upholstery, precise
gelcoat and every fiberglass part is finished on both sides.
Hardware is attached with studs and all coring is vacuum-bagged.
These kind of aesthetic and practical touches are everywhere
on the boat. There's no skimping on workmanship and no compromising
on quality.
Convenience
and easy access were priorities for the DEEP IMPACT designers.
Batteries and Battery switches are within easy reach right
under the high performance style tripe helm seat. All electronics,
from radar to autopilot can be flush-mounted on either side
of the custom wheel and elegant gauges. A rounded, tinted
windscreen protects the pilot and co-pilot from the elements.
DEEP
IMPACT's 36' sport's high performance personality will appeal
to owners who want the thrill of a high-speed offshore ride
and to discerning anglers who are well provided for on this
boat creating the first of it's kind high performance fishing
boat. There are two removable in-deck fish boxes with gas
rams, plus two more fish/storage boxes on either side of the
console. The live well is in the transom and tackle storage
is provide behind the helm seat. The three person seat in
the console hinges up to provide huge storage, a marine head
and easy access to the back side of the dash. Forward of the
console is another huge, well insulated fish box with macerator
and overboard pump and two more storage boxes on either side.
The standard T-top fastens only to the console and comes with
six rod holders and two spreader lights. The T-top comes in
both anodized and powder coated finishes.
Most
boats have a long list of optional equipment and features,
the DEEP IMPACT philosophy is "no options, only choices",
other than the tower, outriggers (for which mounts are already
provided) and the trailer everything else is your choice.
